After mustering up enough courage, my friends and I decided to actually try and make the famous Mondrian cake. Created by Caitlin Freeman, this cake was no easy feat. It took five helpers two days of baking, four different color loaf cakes, a dull serrated knife and a lot of chocolate ganache to make this cake. We had our doubts, but once we cut the cake we knew we had succeeded. We had baked and correctly assembled the Mondrian cake. Who else is up for the challenge?
