Litter

“Aw look at those cute bunnies over in the grass! I want to make sure we don’t miss those sculptures!” Those were the words I spoke to my friend when we entered the Frieze Sculpture Park (which is on view now until January 17, 2016). I assumed they were sculptures of bunnies. When I hopped over and saw the title Litter, I thought that makes sense, it’s a litter of bunnies. However, the title was much more clever. The bunnies are actually made out of trash bags. They are litter. This serves as a witty play on repurposing everyday objects as art.
