Up in the Green Mountain State of Vermont is the town of Stowe. A calm and beautiful place, Stowe is covered in greenery. And, art. The Helen Day Art Center is showcasing sixteen local and national artists in their sculpture trail, located up and down the main street. These artists have created large sculptures and pottery works. Ready for a scavenger hunt? Sculptor Sophie Ryder’s solo exhibition in Salisbury is spread all over the cathedral grounds. Some works are scattered in the park surrounding the cathedral and others are dispersed throughout the cathedral’s interior. These monumental sculptures and drawings are mostly created out of wire, allowing viewers the opportunity to see through the sculptures, providing for a unique viewing experience.
