Perhaps one of the best views of London can be seen from Waterloo Bridge. It is straddled by St. Paul’s and the Shard on one side and Big Ben and Parliament on the other so it is easy to miss the art nearby. Here are two works that are currently displayed on the South side of Waterloo Bridge.
Walking across Waterloo Bridge you can view the iconic sites of London: Parliament, Big Ben, the London Eye and St. Peter’s Cathedral. However, what is unexpected is the painted city mural on the building directly opposite Somerset House on the Waterloo Bridge. This piece of street art depicts a city crammed with buildings of all shapes, sizes and colors in sharp contrast to its immediate surroundings.
